At East Coast Business Solutions engineers are specifically product trained and provided with all technical information to enable them to resolve problems as quickly as possible. Being a “best for colour dealer” gives all our engineers online access to Olivetti’s and Utax’s technical data base, this enables us to solve any unusual technical issues promptly. Also technical support is given with all aspects of installation and network connectivity. Our new workshop is where machines are refurbished to extremely high standards by our Olivetti and Utax trained engineers. We also hold locally a selection of high mortality spare parts, consumables and toners for each of the models we supply, this ensures that we can reacted promptly to customers emergency supply requirements.
Photocopier – Pay as You Print Maintenance Contract.
Our comprehensive maintenance contract is the most cost effective way of running your copier or printer.
You only pay for the number of pages you print and we look after the rest!
This contract covers the leased or purchased equipment for the following-

- All consumables
- All spare Parts
- Unlimited call outs & labour
- Free Telephone support
- Priority response
- Free Loan Copier (should your machine require workshop maintenance)
Our comprehensive contract covers everything excluding paper and staples!!
At ECBS we also offer ad-hoc maintenance services. If your copier or printer device is not covered or supplied by us, we are able to offer maintenance and repair service for most major brands. Our technicians are used by other manufacturers and imaging companies to assist when required.
